I have just moved stuff in, but like the cleanliness and friendly staff. When the assigned unit turned out to not be a simple rectangle, but to have a small cutout, the staff offered a different unit with the entire advertised space. Great. But, I would have had to go through the entire paperwork process over again. Also, you must use a special lock that they happen to sell right there. That was a little irksome.

Had an awful experience with another public storage place. Their customer service was zero and customer respect or care: ZERO! Canceled purchase immediately very upset for my time invested and lost! Trojan Storage showed that we still have proper managed and customer service oriented businesses out there! Trojan had respectful professionals who cared to represent well their brand! See for yourself … Trojan Storage is for real!

I knew that there was an extra admin fee but the price of move in didn’t include the lock required for move in and they required insurance starting at $13 so my original price of $76 move in wasn’t accurate

The prices for the storage unit of being 50% of 43 months. Was? Awesome deal I started off would have 5 by 10 and by the time I left. I had a tin by 10 with insurance at a great price so I'm very happy about the services in the storage unit that I received also will pass this information along to other's.Thank you for your services and your time and I'll be seeing the ladies at the front desk soon. Lady THAT HAS BEEN AT THAT SOORE FOR 4 MONTHS and also the chick with the BLUE HAIR!!! THEY WERE ALSO HAPPY ЁЯШК ЁЯШГ ЁЯША HAD GREAT LAUGHTER WITH BOTH LADYS.. Very nice facility. Requires pin to get into facility and use elevator. I purchased my unit online with a deal. Make sure you have home/renters insurance or you will have to pay for theirs. Also a cylinder lock it mandatory. Very clean and safe facility. 5 stars

We have been looking for a storage facility for a while, and when we ran across trojan and there three month special well it was a no braine r! Olivia was very professional and knoladgable.she made the process easy and quick.
Very Nice Storage facility,.nice and clean . The woman at the front desk was very helpful she went over the contract page by page. Storage unit is the right size that I needed for my things.. Will refer to other people. Very convenient to get to.

I'm a new customer. Whole looking for storage I saw that Trojan North sac was way more affordable than many other places. I reserved online which was super easy. When I got there Olivia was the one working. She was so easy to deal with. She had a stellar personality. She was very informative and professional. She took me on a tour and made sure the whole process was easy peasy. I've had storage before but not like this one. It's very clean. They offer free moving carts to use so you don't break your back moving. There is an elevator as well if u are on the second or third level. I really like it. Plus the customer service was the bomb. Well done Olivia. I definitely recommend.
