Location in proximity to city of Davis is good. City of Davis storage is full-up due to college students and upcoming summer break. Price is better than Davis which helps with the cost and time to drive the 15 minutes to West Sacramento.

I needed a unit I could access 24hrs a day due to my work schedule. Not a lot of options for that in the Sacramento area without paying an arm and a leg for it. This place let me move in at like 1am! They have a 24hr kiosk where you talk on the phone with a representative who can see you on the cameras and buzzes you inside a vestibule on the side of the main office. There's a built in computer where you scan your license and autolock mailboxes that hold the unit locks. It was all very high tech and super convenient! Unit was mostly clean, just a bit of dust on the side walls. Nothing a little broom couldn't handle. No signs of bugs beyond a couple little spiders in the corner of the unit. No vermin droppings either and they had rat a poison trap right outside my unit (don't like that it kills them but what else can they do about it?). Would recommend!

Had a very easy experience from viewing the unit size I reserved to moving in a few days earlier than I had expected. Customer service was handled with care and I was able to move in quickly without any hassle.

Their advertised discount prices on their sites don't tell you it's only for 2 months. Then when I went to load into my unit I found it was 6 inches short so I couldn't fit a piece of furniture that was 9ft6inches into my supposedly 10 fit unit. There is also a 3in ibeam jutting into the unit in the middle of the unit. Units not as advertised. Also their website won't let me leave this feedback of course.

I placed a reservation for a self storage unit over the phone with a very helpful agent, who told me about a few different locations to choose from. I needed a little help setting everything up and had to make a few calls. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with the outcome of the whole process and would highly recommend StorQuest Express.

The call buttons are helpful, but there was no one there to help me figure out my lock. It’s like a button that you have to insert into the door of the unit and I wasn’t sure how to use it. I had to mess with it for a while before I figured it out. My unit was also jammed so I couldn’t open the door. I had to pry open the sliding lock with a wrench. My gate code also didn’t work right away, but the call button allowed me to call someone who gave me the emergency gate code. The facility was great though and the online, no contact process was reassuring during COVID times.
