The only downside to the facility is keypad access. Must exit vehicle to access keypad for ingress and for egress. Somewhat difficult for mobility challenged tenants. Since I am new to the facility, I may have missed something about the process. It is a great facility - clean, conveniently located, and knowledgeable, accommodating staff

Front office was very helpful. The units are clean. Located in a good area. They have outdoor units and indoor units which I like. The price was better than a lot of places I checked out.

Michelle and T racy went beyond expectation to show units available and after I decided onthe same day that I made the wrong cboice in size,Tracy was very accomodating and helped to change units.
