I went to the website and made my reservation. They called me within 5 minutes. I made an appointment to go to complete my paperwork. The manager on duty Maria, took the time to make me feel comfortable. I will be letting all my family and friends to give Public Storage a call for any needs on storage.

The staff at the Pocket/I5 facility provided me with excellent service answering all my questions and helping me to select the right unit for me. The contract was easy to understand and sign. They clean the unit for me before I stored my belonging. Overall, they made feel at easy and comfortable. The location was also a plus, since I live in the Pocket area. Maria at the pocket road public storage went above and beyond when I got stuck in traffic upon my initial move-in. She stayed late so that i could actually move in that day, and get my contract done. She was patient and professional and offered her services with a smile. The storage space is clean and ended up being just the right size and in a great location. Kudos to Maria for outstanding customer service!
