On top of what I was expecting to pay for the monthly rental fee and the "administrative fee" - I was also told when I came to the office do the move-in paperwork that I was required to purchase insurance for $11 per month (which actually turned out to be $14.20 per month) plus I had to purchase a $20 lock from them, which they had already placed inside my unit. I thought CA had rules about no hidden fees. Also, when my husband went to the unit later that day, he thought it seemed small for a 10 x 10 and so he measured it and it is actually 8'9" x 9'4". I'm not sure what that's about, but I'm guessing its in the fine print language somewhere that what you get is not actually true to size.

Ramona was wonderful. Luckily there was a bigger space available on move in day because the original I ordered was too small for our needs. Very clean property.
