Great staff, confusing area. I wish I could remember the guys name who helped me, maybe Kevin. But anyway he was kind, helpful. Walked me through everything. Depending which way you're coming from you'll get all turned around at the train tracks. The thing that turned me off was the look of the inside of the unit, I've rented with public storage before and had cement all around the unit. Unsure what material is used here but it looked like wood and looked like it can get wet/mildewy. Feel like I don't want to put too much of my things inside.

I originally was down the street at Public Storage and there were a few things wrong with that place. For starters there is no way my moving truck would have been able to get into the gates, my unit had cockroaches, and I only had access until 5pm(it was 4:30 and my truck was running late). So I called CubeSmart and was able to get a cheaper monthly rate. My only issue was that I was missing out on the $1 first months rent offered by PS. That’s okay though. I have access until 10pm and feel freer.

They were very kind and were very helpful in explaining what the terms of pricing was for my storage unit. They went through the process thouroghly and explained how I could make my payments, as well as when they would be due and showed me how to navigate the facility. Overall, a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this facility to others.

I was given a code that was my birthdate, that was supposed to work, but after testing it, it didn’t. Staff then gave me another and said gate was being fixed. Considering I was going to be moving things in after the staff would have been gone for the day, this seemed like something important to mention in the first place.

The best part about this cube smart storage is the price. It's hard to beat but it comes with downwsides. For one, the staff is very disorganized and doesn't do a good job of keeping track of what is open or not open. Another point is the facility itself is in a very rough part of Sacramento and can be difficult to get to due to poorly laid out streets. Overall though the price makes it worth it.

Everything was great from the time we arrived and completed the paperwork for Unit G49. The problem arose when we vacated the unit on 7/31 and we unable to locate anyone give give the checkout card to. We were unable to located a "message" or "drop box" and encountered difficulty with the voice mail tree. Several voice mail messages were left with the facility but as of now we are unsure whether the account is officially closed or not. Mark--------could you please contact us to assure us that all is well? Thank you.

Excellent once I arrived The online experience was not so great I ordered a 10 x 20 and when I got there it was 2 10 x 10 fortunately the guy at the door or at the office had a 12 x 36 which was perfect the online folks did notinform me that it was two units which they should have done

What's the point of getting a 3' x 4' unit if your paying more than a third of that in insurance? Also I thought a cube had three-dimensions. They might want to consider adding a third dimension or changing their name to SquareSmart.
